  • Crossings Healing and Wellness in Downtown Silver Spring, MD 20910. Easy access to a parking garage behind the building.

The address and all directions will be provided when your in-person appointment is booked.

We also offer herbal consultations and can do them either in-person or via telehealth. Once a formula is selected, it is shipped directly to you.

P.S. Nervous about the needles?

That’s completely understandable - most people are. A lot of first-time patients have wanted to try acupuncture for a long time - but worries about needles have given them pause.

Here’s what is helpful to know:

  • The needles are very thin (they’re more like a hair than a shot)

  • The needles are sterile and single use - they go right into that red sharps container after they’ve been used

  • You’re in control the whole time. We start slow, we can do some breathing to help calm your system, and we can pause at any time

  • The goal is not to push through. The goal is to make this feel safe enough to try.
